Ekholms PROB Pine Tar Shampoo for Horses and Dogs

Ekholms PROB Pine Tar Shampoo is a gentle, effective and replenishing all-purpose shampoo for horses and dogs. It is suitable for regular coat care and for dry or sensitive skin.

The shampoo is particularly appreciated during the summer months, when the skin and coat are exposed to sun, sweat and heat. It contains pine tar and replenishing ingredients that cleanse the skin and coat without drying them out.

PROB Pine Tar Shampoo enhances the coat’s natural colour and leaves it clean and glossy after the very first wash. It contains no added fragrance, colourants or bleaching agents.

The natural scent of pine tar is noticeable during washing but fades and almost completely disappears once the coat has dried.

Directions for use

1. Wet the coat thoroughly with lukewarm water.
2. Massage the shampoo carefully into the skin and coat.
3. For an extra thorough cleanse, leave the shampoo on for 20–30 minutes if required.
4. Rinse thoroughly with water.
5. Allow the coat to dry, then gently brush out any loosened flaky skin or build-up.

During the first wash, the shampoo may loosen a larger amount of dandruff and flaky skin build-up. If it cannot all be rinsed away, any remaining flakes can be brushed out once the coat has dried.

The shampoo can be used once a week or as required. For a complete care routine, combine it with other products from the Ekholms PROB range.

Avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes and ear canals. Before first use, test the product on a small area of skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult a veterinarian if skin problems are persistent or severe.
